Once you have the right channel selected, press and hold your 'ok' button on your remote (usually big center button). This will pop up a side bar on the right hand side. The middle icon should be a star, click this icon. If it is not already a favorite, it will say add to favorites, if it is already a favorites this will say remove from favorites. Click it to change the status of this channel. _____________________________

If you want to view just one specific category, whether its Canada, USA, NHL, etc, press the left arrow on your remote while viewing the guide. This will bring up a list of all available categories to select.

Hide/Remove Channel Categories
By hiding categories you are not using, it will load your channels and guide faster, and it will make finding the channels you actually watch a lot easier. To do this, go to your channel categories screen as mentioned above. While any category is selected, press and hold the 'ok' button on your remote. This will populate a different side bar menu. Navigate down to 'manage groups' and select it. Any category with a blue bar/dot beside it is what you will see, to hide one go down to that category and press ok on it to side the blue bar off.
